I coached high school basketball for eighteen years and I always thought one of the biggest challenges was simply acquiring information to make good decisions.
As any experienced leader will tell you, you need honest information from every stakeholder to make the right decisions that can ultimately
make or break a season.
This is also one of the most rewarding parts of coaching, as
every team is different, with different personalities, different strengths and different weaknesses.
With this in mind, I created a framework that helps eliminate
assumptions and speculation about a team and helps define and measure the components for team success.
