As a lifelong Duke fan, I'm also a Jeff Capel fan. You may have read his essay in The Players' Tribune that is spreading across social media...if not...well, that's why I'm sending this email out.

Coach Capel played at Duke in the '90s and is currently the associate head coach for the Blue Devils. His essay, however, has more to do with his Dad (also a longtime coach) and a recent ALS diagnosis.

It's worth the read....do take the time. And maybe grab a tissue :)
