Ok...we were never really gone, but it has been too long since we last sent out an email. It's been a busy few months....we moved and we added a new addition to the family! Joining mom, dad, and big sister Gianna is Christian Robert James Alfonso! He'd say 'hi', but, well, he's only 3 months old!

So we've been busy ... but enough about that. I haven't sent out a newsletter in some time nor have we been adding much to the websites. That's not good enough! While I've been busy behind-the-scenes, we haven't been churning out the content like usual. [We have, however, been crazy busy with these Custom Basketball Dry-Erase Clipboards! And our Basketball Notebooks ... individually but also hundreds were given to coaches at the MN Girl's Coaches Association clinic.]

As exciting as that is for us, it's not content being delivered to coaches, trainers, and players. So, I've been trying to determine a quick and easy way to keep things rolling. One way is to challenge myself to communicate more frequently. The more I communicate with you, the more I will also be making sure to add new content such as plays, drills, videos, articles, etc...

With that in mind, I am going to change the way I send out this newsletter. Previously, I sent one or two out per month that basically highlighted new content. That was fine....but by the time the email went out, some of the content had been out for awhile. 

Going forward, I am going to be sending out an email several times per week. I'll keep it short and sweet but I'll be sending it out to highlight new content to HoopsU.com. I'll also be sharing the new additions to the Hoops U. Basketball Coaching Academy.

I will also use the email to share other stories and articles and we'll just use it to 'discuss' basketball. My goal, of course, is to churn out more content and by focusing on these near-daily emails, I'll be challenging myself to give you the best coaching information out there!

Now, with all that said and with the delay we've had in emails and content, I can't just sign off without sharing something BIG!
