We also had a speaker change. Due to circumstances, Butch Hawking will not be speaking. Replacing him will be the men's basketball coach at Northwestern College, Tim Grosz. Coach Grosz will speak on motion offense and will be worth learning from! I've seen his teams play -- they play great team basketball and get the most out of their talent. In their first 3 years of eligibility, they have reached the NCAA D3 tournament ... losing their first 2 years to the eventual national champions! You can learn more about Coach Grosz here.

  • Dick Bennett (reception keynote speaker for VIP registrants only), former Washington State University, University of Wisconsin, UW-Green Bay head coach
  • Jack Bennett, former head coach at UW-Stevens Point and back-to-back D3 National Champion
  • Jim Boone, Men's Basketball Head Coach at Delta State University
  • Tim Grosz, Men's Basketball Head Coach at Northwestern College
  • Randy Brown, former D1 head & assistant coach and owner of CoachRB
  • Larry McKenzie , head coach at Academy of Holy Angels, only coach in Minnesota history to win 4 state championships in a row.
Each of these speakers will be sharing concepts and ideas that will make you a better coach. They will challenge and motivate you to become your absolute best!

Also, as part of the clinic, we will take time in small group breakout sessions so we can discuss various topics in a small group setting. We will not only get to listen and learn from the speakers, we will get to share with one another!

On Friday night of the clinic, we will also be having a VIP Reception. Besides great food & beverages, this reception will allow ample time to network and connect with other coaches. This is also when we listen to the address from our keynote speaker, Dick Bennett.
